  • Is it possible for a Server 2012 RDS Connection Broker to use Server 2008R2 Session Hosts?

    No.

    If you are going to use RD Connection Broker with your Server 2008 R2 RDSH servers, then that RDCB needs to be Server 2008 R2 as well.  You may use Server 2012 RDWeb to publish RemoteApps located on Server 2008 R2 RDSH servers if you want, and/or use Server 2012 RD Gateway for 2008 R2 RDSH, and/or Server 2012 RD Licensing server for Server 2008 R2 RDSH servers.
