Remote desktop iPad issues RRS feed

  • Under user account I cant enter the username or password. If you tap on it the keyboard does not respond. Not with the native keyboard or the iPad keyboard. I am using the 10.5 inch iPad pro.  Is there any way to resolve this.

    1 what's Microsoft remote desktop version on your ipad ,can you reinstall or install the latest Microsoft remote desktop app then check if the problem persist ?
    2 what's the OS version of ipad pro ?
