     Event Log Message:
    System log - DCOM:  The description for Event ID -1073731815 in Source DCOM cannot be found.  The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display the message, or you may not have permission to access them.  The following information is part of the event:(workstation name)

    • Changed type Karen Ji Friday, July 23, 2010 1:29 AM Customer unresponsive

    In order to narrow down the issue, please provide more information about it.

     

    1.       What is the OS that is running on your server?

    2.       What did you do to get such errors?

    3.       Please let us know the exact error message, word by word.
