We have OOS 2019 with high memory utilization issue. Originally our OOS had 16GB memory and average memory utilization always at 98%. We though our server did not have enough memory so we upgraded to 32GB. After upgrade to 32GB, server
still have high memory utilization between 96-98%.
One of our observation is server having high memory utilization at 98% consistently and did not spike up or down; basically it is flat line. I did reset IIS after business hour and bring memory utilization down to 66%. This 66% is consistent
until user come in the morning and start using the system then memory goes up to 98% during the day. This 98% high memory utilization was consistent even after business hour when there is no users used application.
My guess was there are some OOS processes that were not end and eat up memory.
What is the best way to find out why server had high utilization or processes that suppose to be end or used less memory when there are no users used office web apps?
