Unable to connect to the remote PC RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

i tried using Remote Desktop App to connect my Windows 10 from my Android mobile. it refuses and is unable to connect. I tried with IP address and host name both but does not connect and fails.

I have used "Connect Desktop " option and kept both wifi and blue tooth on, is there any thing i am missing ?

Appreciate responses ...with any possible tips or fixes.

    Thanks,

  • Hello Nikhil,

try to run our PC Setup tool on your PC: https://aka.ms/rdsetup to ensure your PC is configured properly to work remotely. If you have another device you can use it to see if you can establish a successful a connection to rule out there is an issue with the app.

    Thank you.
