Using Microsoft Remote Desktop and Amazon Web Service Connection Problem RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I am attempting to use Microsoft Power BI on my mac and I need to connect using amazon <g class="gr_ gr_203 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling" data-gr-id="203" id="203">aws</g> and Microsoft remote desktop.

    When I try to log in, I get the following:

    "The user account used to connect to ... (remote PC) did not work. try again"

    How do I remedy this issue? The password is not being accepted that I am given on <g class="gr_ gr_819 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling" data-gr-id="819" id="819">aws</g> when I create my instance credentials

    if you install Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac Version 10.3.2 (1650) on your mac computer ,will the problem persist ?

    2 is there windows pc in your environment ?if you use windows pc to remote access amazon aws vm,will the problem persist ?

    3 what's the os version of vm in AWS ? 

    4 if the problem persist ,we can try to contact AWS support .
