We have tried everything but nothing has come to a solution.
Our administrative people connect to a windows 2008 server by a RDP connection.
When they have logged in they are directly in the application, there are no other features they can reach.
In the application are lists of names of clients, but the font is too small.
Changing the resolution in the properties of the RDP connection doenst help, the guest server doenst take over those settings, maybe desktop enhancement isnt installed, (other party doenst take problem seriously and will not install).
We want to increase the size of the list items so the administrative people can read them properly, but what to do? is there a way to install something or some kind of setting to make this happen?
We have tried do increase the resolution of our widescreen monitors, then everything on the local desktop is huge, but the font in the RDP still stays too small.
Does anyone have an idea? it would realy help my collegues!
If the small font is only occurred inside the application, then you should ask your application vendor for the possible issue.
Alternatively, you may depend on some 3rd-party application which can magnify the fonts.
