    Should we deploy Azure AD connect to configure SSO in hybride environment?

  • Hi,

    Azure AD connect is a microsoft tools to synchronize password and attributes between active directory in premise and azure active directory to ensure SSO. The user will use same password in on-premise AD and Azure AD

    But If you want to redirect all authentication request sent to Azure AD to you local (on-premise AD), you have to use AD FS. 

    You can use AD FS and azure ad connect together, in this case Azure Ad connect must be installed on Windows 2012 or higher.
