Cannot change IKEv2 settings in Routing and Remote Access RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We're having random issues with some users dropping their VPN connections.  We have 2 sites and its fine in one site so we'd like to set the time-out values to match.  The values we want the change are in Routing and Remote Access  >> Local server Properties >> IKEv2.

    IKEv2 client connection controls

       Idle time-out (minutes)      5
       Network Outage Time          30

I'd like to increase these values to 120 mins, however, we put in new values, it mentions restarting the service and then just hangs and we cannot change the values.

We've tried with the services stopped and rebooting the server and retrying, with no luck

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
