    有一台WIN 10 PRO 加域，提示“无法加载脱机注册表配置单元，请确保你有权限访问指定的路径位置，并有修改其内容的权限，可能需要提升管理员身份运行”，但是使用的是administrator账户进行加域操作，所以应该不存在没有权限的问题。

    根据您提供的报错截图和加域的日志来看，出现问题的原因应该是在这里：



    您的本地管理员账号应该是不能访问C:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM这个文件。


    我在我的环境中检查，我们应该让system账号，本地管理员账号，本地管理员组对上面的这个system文件有完全控制的权限，您在文件的属性\安全标签下添加这样的权限以后，然后您在试试加域是否成功呢。

    根据你提供的方法操作，发现system这个文件确实没有授权，但是通过administrator也无法给它授权

    首先备份一下 SYSTEM，然后强制获取 SYSTEM 文件的所有权为 Administrators，再添加访问权限，看是否可以？如果不行可以尝试在 PE 环境里操作。

    1. 请问您是使用这台Win 10 Pro上内置的Administrator账户登录这台Win 10 Pro的 （而不是其他的本地账号或者本地管理员组里的账号），对吗？
    2. 然后加域的时候输入的凭据也是这台Win 10 Pro上内置的Administrator账户和密码（而不是其他的本地账号或者本地管理员组里的账号）以后，出现的报错信息，对吗？
    3. 请问C:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM这个文件的权限是禁用继承的还是启用继承的？
    如下默认是启用继承的，所以我们看到的是禁用继承的按钮。

    1、都是本地的administrator账户进行的操作

    2、打开system属性，直接显示没有权限操作，所以没有是否继承这个选项。

    你可以试试以下的方法：

    1.在微软官网下载: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/psexec ) 并解压它，解压以后的所有文件放在指定的路径。例如sysetm32下面。

     

    2.以管理员身份打开命令提示符，输入Psexec.exe -i -s cmd，然后转到另一个命令提示符。

    3. 输入以下命令设置SYSTEM文件的权限。
    icacls C:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM /grant roaming:F

    我上面举的例子， roaming是我的Win10-1809这台机器上的一个本地账号。
    那么在您的环境中，您需要把roaming这个账号换成system，计算机名字\Administrataor和计算机名字\Administrators （假设您这台机器的名字叫PC）。
    icacls C:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM /grant system:F
    icacls C:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM /grant PC\Administrataor:F
    icacls C:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM /grant PC\Administrataor:F

    您再试试看呢。
