客户环境如下：
RMS服务器：Windows Server 2008 R2
AD服务器：Windows Server 2008 R2
SharePoint服务器：Windows Server 2008 R2 + SharePoint 2010
客户端版本：Windows 7（部分x86、部分x64）+Office2010
由于客户有部分经常出差的用户没有加入域，现在加了域的用户在SharePoint搭建的文档服务器中打开文档都正常，但是工作组的机器修在改了以下注册表后仍然无法打开文档，提示“此服务暂时不可用。请确认已连接到此服务器。脱机工作、代理服务器设置阻止连接、遇到间歇性的网络问题，都可能导致此错误”

通过“IRMCheck”检测，有以下错误：
1、Microsoft Office System is not installed（实际上已经安装了Office，但是检测不到）
2、The mail attribute for the logged on user is not set in the AD
