我司的電腦系統是行network的, 共8台電腦, 因需要開啟其他同事的資料如excel檔案工作, 我想這是檔案共享吧. 原先我的電腦是安裝WinXP, 現在轉了Win10, 而有些同事是用Win7的. 安裝Win10後, 我的電腦由原先可看到其他同事的電腦內資料, 變成看不到, 即是在網絡上找不到該同事的路徑! 就算網絡上看到某同事(同是安裝Win10)的路徑, 打開該路徑後只是一堆符號(就是以下的模樣). 安裝Win7的其他電腦在網絡上完全沒有顯示. 其他用Win10的同事也有這個問題.
請問如何解決這問題?
