  发送接收群组主要用来指定不同群组的收发设置，包括多久连接一次服务器以及Outlook在线和脱机时如何收发邮件：http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/about-send-and-receive-groups-HP003082923.aspx

   

  如果您需要一个帐户只接受而不能发送，您可以破坏它的发送设置，比如设置一个不正确的SMTP服务器地址。

  你好

   

  打开Outlook -> 工具-> 选项 -> 邮件设置 -> 发送/接收 -> 选择帐户，点击编辑 ->

  勾选 “将所选择的帐户包括在该组中” -> 取消 ”发送邮件项目“
