    你好，

    尝试用OWA登录邮箱试试，看是否能登录邮箱。

    如果还是不能登录，可能是Exchange服务器出现问题了，建议你看看Exchange服务器上的相关服务是否都在正常运行。

    可以在Exchange服务器上运行下面的指令：

    Test-ServiceHealth
