通过software center安装project 2016和visio 2016失败

  我公司采用的是AD域环境，所有电脑安装的都是64位win10专业版系统，用户使用的普通用户账号，用户可以在SCCM中的Software Center安装软件而不需要管理员账号。

  最近我公司一个项目经理在通过Software Center安装Project 2016时，系统弹出一个错误窗口。大意是安装时发生错误，需要联系管理员。

  以下是我在C:\Windows\Logs\Software中找到的相关的log文件，由于内容太多，我只能将最后面的内容贴出来，似乎有一个错误代码17003，但是我在网上没找到什么有用的信息，请大伙帮我分析一下问题可能出在哪里。
