本人win10系统 IE11浏览器，最近系统自动更新了 security update for Adobe flash player后，发现ie浏览器打开网页非常慢，例如访问百度需要好几分钟。把flash插件禁用后，再打开IE浏览器访问百度就非常快。
现在想卸载这个更新补丁，但是报错:发生错误，没有成功卸载。
