虚拟桌面Skype客户端共享桌面时画面模糊 RRS feed

    当前环境：XenDesktop虚拟桌面安装Skype for Business 2016 MSO（16.0.4417.1000）32位客户端，前端服务器是Skype for Business 2015企业版，后端服务器是MS SQL Server 2014标准版。

    问题现象：当2台Skype客户端共享桌面的时候画面显示模糊，但是申请控制权后共享桌面画面显示就清晰了；如果2台以上的Skype客户端共享桌面时画面就是清晰的，但是将Skype客户端版本降低为Lync 2013后就没有上述现象了，上述问题是否与客户端版本兼容性有关？

    您好，

    首先，请确保您的SFB客户端是最新版本的。

    尝试修改下列的注册表，请注意如果注册表修改有误，会导致严重的问题，所以请在修改注册表之前注意备份。

    1.在注册表编辑器中，找到并选择以下注册表子项：HKEY_CURRENT_USER \软件\微软\办公室\ 16.0 \的Lync
    2.在编辑菜单上，指向新建，然后单击DWORD值。
    3.键入EnableConferenceScreenSharingOverVideo，然后按Enter键。
    4.在详细信息窗格中，右键单击EnableConferenceScreenSharingOverVideo，然后单击修改。
    5.在数值数据框中，键入0，然后单击确定。

    此外，如果您在64位操作系统上使用Skype for Business 2016的32位版本，请按照以下步骤添加注册表项：

    1.在注册表编辑器中，找到并选择以下注册表子项：
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Wow6432Node \微软\办公室\ 16.0 \的Lync
    2.在编辑菜单上，指向新建，然后单击DWORD值。
    3.键入EnableConferenceScreenSharingOverVideo，然后按Enter键。
    4.在详细信息窗格中，右键单击EnableConferenceScreenSharingOverVideo，然后单击修改。
    5.在数值数据框中，键入00000000，然后单击确定。
