    您好，

     

    需要跟您确认出现蓝屏之前您有更新计算机或者安装了什么软件吗? 您可以尝试以下方法：

    1. 尝试启动安全模式以卸载可能触发该错误的任何内容。
    2. 更新计算机，因为蓝屏可能是由于硬件或软件兼容性问题
    3. 更新驱动程序，可能会出现蓝屏如果特定的驱动程序过时
    4. 删除杀毒软件删除有问题的软件
    5. 检查硬件是否有问题，检查RAM是否正常工作，因为RAM是此类错误的常见原因。
