    我是用WindowsUpdate更新的，结果安装时出现提示，无法安装，错误提示WindowsUpdate_00000057，以前我的电脑有过更新成功的，怎么现在无法更新？期间有过恢复出厂设置几次，那位高手告诉我应该怎么办，谢谢。

    找不到你所说的文件，CBS文件夹下就三个文件:cbs.bld cbs cbs.persist这三个文件，另安装错误的代码是：80070057 参数不正确。

    你需要在運行完成系統更新準備工具後, 才會在該文件夾有 CheckSUR.log .

    这个问题最近遇到很多， 仍是一样的错误。
    手动安装也是。
    不知道还有其他方案吧。

    你要么试试该方法
    1.. Open Start menu, select Run, type cmd, and then press Enter.
    2.. To view the current proxy settings, at Command Prompt, type Proxycfg.exe and then press Enter to run the command.
    3.. To clear the existing proxy settings, type Proxycfg -d and then press Enter.
    4.. check WU.

    卸载一个更新补丁,叫KB970236,然后重启下就可以安装了
