sharepoint 2007 alert me 不起作用

小弟最近碰到一个妖怪的问题，安装好sharepoint 2007 以后，配置好了，一切都非常顺利
然后对List 设置Alert Me的时候也很好，能收到从系统发来的信：
Alert 'Project Portal' has successfully been added on “WEB TEAM”.
You will receive alerts in e-mail. The timing and criteria for the alerts depend on the settings entered when the alert was added.
You can change this alert or any of your other alerts on the My Alerts on this Site page.
然后，我在list 里新增了一条item ，却收不到任何信件，对item做各种修改，也收不到任何修改，没有错误报告。
请各位大大们指点迷津。。
配置如下：
List 配置 :
E-Mail Notification
Send e-mail when ownership is assigned or when an item has been changed. 
Alert 配置：
Frequency: Immediate AP Tracking Send e-mail when ownership is assigned? Yes No
