Exchange 2003 用户异常退信

  你好，

  出现该问题的是所有用户还是单个用户？是发给外部的收件人出现退信，还是发给内部的用户出现退信？

  另外，退信信息已经提到，是由于收件人的电子邮件地址格式不正确导致的退信。建议你先确认下是不是收件人地址的格式输入错误。

  如果是发给外部用户出现退信，在确认收件地址正确的前提下，你可以使用其他邮件服务器（比如163，hotmail等）再次发给该地址，看是否有同样的问题出现。

  如果是发给内部用户出现该问题，建议你手动再次输入正确的收件人地址，不要使用outlook缓存，看看是否还有问题。

  最后，由于Exchange 2003的生命周期已结束，微软目前已不再提供对Exchange 2003任何技术支持，建议你升级到Exchange 2013或2016.

  你好：

         该邮件地址没问题，我是在原邮件基础之上回复的；发送目的是外部邮件地址；

         该问题还是存在，但是每次在出现退信的时候，我第二次重新编辑发送，就OK了；

   但是过一段时间又会出现该问题；不清楚是什么问题，是我的配置不正确吗？还是因为其他原因？

  你好，

  你在原邮件基础上点击回复的时候，检查收件人地址是否正确。

  或者点击回复后，将原本存在的收件人地址删除，手动重新输入收件人地址，看是否还有同样的问题。

  您好： 我在原邮件的基础上，回复邮件；邮件的地址应该是正确的； 我在回复邮件时，把收件人地址删除，手动填写收件人地址，发现正常；但不清楚这是什么问题；为什么会出现这个症状；

  你好，

  请问你用的outlook版本是什么？

  有在OWA上测试过是否有同样的问题吗？

  另外，出现该问题的是一个用户，还是所有用户都有该问题？

  是只有回复一个特殊的外部用户会出现此问题，还是回复所有外部用户的邮件都会有这个问题？

  您好：

        有一部分同事 遇到此类问题，在回复个别邮件出现此类问题，比如回复 163或其他公司邮局等，并不是所有都外发邮件都遇到此类问题；

       在出现此类问题时，我将收件人删除掉，手动编辑一下，就可以了！

  　　我们用的是OFFICE 2007 ，OWA没有开通，所以不清楚 是否也有这样的问题；

  你好，

  那你确认下，在直接点击回复的时候，收件人地址是不是多出"mailto:"的字样，我之前遇到过类似的情况，可能是下面这个设定导致的：

  在邮件中添加回邮电子邮件 (mailto:) 链接

  那你最近有做过什么改动吗？

  同时，如果问题再出现，建议你做个测试，将有问题的用户邮箱在没有问题的用户电脑上进行配置，然后再检查看看是否有同样的问题。
