  Hi,

  这个问题有可能是ActiveX or COM DLL没有在本机上注册造成的，我们可以尝试手动注册。

  同时，这个问题也有可能是安装的Word 2013 是64位造成的，部分dll不支持64位 Office，我们可以尝试安装32位的Word2013.
