有什么方法可以解决，让用户可以WEB登录remote app，并使用发布的程序，但是又不让用户远程桌面到这台服务器上，环境是内网。

我的理解是想要实现用户只能访问 RemoteApp 程序，但是不能直接远程桌面 (full desktop session)。
请配置下面这个用户策略， 这样如果用户尝试直接远程桌面会立即被注销：
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\System
Custom User Interface Enabled
Interface file name: %systemroot%\system32\logoff.exe
