我在装.net 4.0的之前遇到过问题，我就卸载了没有卸干净尝试官方提供的.net清理工具刚开始好用，后来又出现问题了，具体问题是注册表拒绝写入，我的电脑内没有装任何防护软件也就是说，不是软件阻止的写入注册表，而是权限方面的问题，我就逐个去改最后总算把.net 4.0装上了，但是新的问题随之又来了无法在控制面板修复安装.net 4.0之前的拒绝写入注册表的问题还存在。
.net 4.0的补丁几乎都无法装上，全部报错。错误大概如下
"产品: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile - 无法安装更新“KB2468871”。错误代码 1603。可以在日志文件 C:\Users\Empyrean\AppData\Local\Temp\KB2468871v2_20120221_230334976-Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile-MSP0.txt 中找到其他信息。"
然后我就尝试用恢复Windows默认权限的命令
secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose
运行这个之后也报错了，svesrvl.log
