    请问您出现蓝屏现象前做过哪些操作呢？装过哪些更新或者软件？是否更改过硬件？还是还没进到系统桌面就蓝屏了呢？

    蓝屏的错误代码是什么呢？（最好可以附上图片） 

     

    建议您可以在安全模式下运行计算机：

    重启电脑，一般在Windows开始系统运行之前，按下按钮F8，会弹出高级选项菜单，进入安全模式后，看问题是否依旧。

     

    若问题没有出现，则说明可能是三方软件冲突或者是驱动不合适导致了您蓝屏的出现，建议您先去电脑厂商网站来下载安装最新的可用驱动。

     

    问题依旧，说明有软件冲突，此时您再来尝试干净启动来排除软件冲突。
