Windows 10 Pro L2TP VPN can't connect to server. Win10 L2TP 客户端无法连接服务器

Dear all,

I had L2TP VPN server, Cell phone connect success, but if use Win10 fail. And i find some interest things in different windows 10 pro ver.1024 and ver.10586 for L2TP VPN client. How do i setting or trubleshooting for windows 10.

各位大侠，

我建立了一台L2TP的VPN服务器，可以用移动电话进行连接，但是Windows 10 就无法连接。还有1024和10586这两个版本的VPN 选项居然不一样？要如何设置才可以让Win10 也连接上去？
