  请问你是否可以在此处看到修改复制频率的选项：右击需要修改的VM>Settings>Management>Replication

  对的，打开源主机的虚拟机设置里面就没有可以选择同步时间频率。

  不知道为啥你那块能显示出来？

  你好，

  你也可以尝试用Powershell 命令修改Replication的频率，用到的参数是-ReplicationFrequencySec， 详见下面的文章：

  不好意思，我看了那个文档，对Powershell不太了解，没太看明白，

  能不能把具体的Powershell 命令给我，然后我去试试！！！
