  HI，

  你可以尝试以下步骤：

  1. 以管理员身份打开命令提示符并输入：Dism /online / cleanup-image /restore health
  2. 干净启动，移除一些三方的杀毒软件
  3. 移除打印机设备，然后打开设置-打印机&扫描仪-添加打印机
  4. 打开疑难解答-硬件和设备
  5. 以管理员身份运行打印功能
  6. 卸载后重新安装Microsoft print to pdf，请参考：
