  你应该是想限制这个用户在外网使用outloook anywhere来连接邮箱，首先，应该没办法只限制一个用户在外网没有用outlook anywhere连接邮箱的权限。如果你想限制所有人，我个人建议你在公网上的DNS解析中取消Outlook anywhere的外部URL解析。

  不好意思，之前的回答有问题，针对这个问题，我需要进行一些更新：
  

  1、在Exchagne 2013 SP1以后，有一个参数MAPIBlockOutlookExternalConnectivity 可以关闭所有用户无法在外使用mapi，也就是outloook anywhere,详细的信息可参考：
