使用高级查找功能中的部门或办公室等字段查找用户时，默认是前方匹配的。
如02上海，如果只输入上海，则无发匹配。
请问，可否将前方匹配更改为部分匹配呢？

我恐怕这是设计使然的默认行为。我可以在我的环境中重现您描述的现象。目前暂时没有办法改变这个行为。
