windows 2008 r2间断性出现和域通讯出现问题，无法通过域帐号进行远程登陆

  我公司的一台server 2008R2 目前经常性无法和域正常通讯，出现状况时候可以ping通dns和域控制器，但是如果通过nslookup命令输入域名，则提示无法查询到相关的信息。每次重启服务器后恢复正常。

  印象中出现问题前我删除过系统中的如下文件,后来出了问题我把之前的还原回去了，但是系统还是存在故障。不知道和这个有没有关系。

  C:\Program Files (x86)\MegaRAID Storage Manager\JRE\bin\javaw.exe

  C:\Windows\SysWOW64\\javaw.exe

  同时日志会出现以下内容

  EVENT 5719

  This computer was not able to set up a secure session with a domain controller in domain XXXX due to the following:
  The RPC server is unavailable.
  This may lead to authentication problems. Make sure that this computer is connected to the network. If the problem persists, please contact your domain administrator. 

  ADDITIONAL INFO
  If this computer is a domain controller for the specified domain, it sets up the secure session to the primary domain controller emulator in the specified domain. Otherwise, this computer sets up the secure session to any domain controller in the specified domain.

  EVENT 1054

  The processing of Group Policy failed. Windows could not obtain the name of a domain controller. This could be caused by a name resolution failure. Verify your Domain Name System (DNS) is configured and working correctly.
