    环境：Lenovo Y330  Win8 RP Build 8400 

    使用 netsh wlan 命令启动承载网络后，在Network and Sharing Center 禁用 local area connecting*12(应该是这个名称)，无法再次启动。netsh wlan 命令显示The hosted network couldn't be started. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation.
