  Make sure you have turned on all BlueTooth switches.
  Make sure your Windows Device Manager displays that BlueTooth adaptor is working properly.
  Make sure your BlueTooth management application is installed properly.

  Hi zeng,

  Firstly, kindly go to Device Manager to check your Bluetooth adapter’s status, uninstall all Bluetooth drivers and restart computer.

  Then, check the Bluetooth support service in services interface, make sure it is running and set startup type as Automatic.

  If you still can’t see Bluetooth option after above operations, system restore can be considered.
