据我所知，收件箱和存档是两个不同的默认文件夹。如下图：
根据你的描述，你是指没有"收件箱"这个文件夹，而只有“存档”这个文件夹，对吗？
建议你使用outlook on the web登录迁移到云端的邮箱，看看是否有同样的问题。
此外，你是如何迁移邮箱到云端的？cutover迁移 还是 混合部署迁移（hybrid）？建议你能将问题邮箱的截图上传，可能给我们更多的线索来了解问题。

通过你的描述，像是默认的“存档”文件夹被移动到了“收件箱”文件夹当中。
是所有被迁移的邮箱都是这样，还是只是某个特定的邮箱有这个问题？
另外，迁移后，邮箱中“存档”这个默认文件夹还存在吗（如我上面截图中的高亮的Archive文件夹）？

虽然没有用户可操作的数据库，但是通过上面的指令，可以在后台对邮箱所处的数据库进行更换，你可以通过下面的指令对比迁移前后数据库参数的变化：
Get-Mailbox UserName |fl Name,Database
