can not open "Local Users and Groups " in System tools RRS feed

    When I run lusrmgr.msc, it display: Unable access to the computer [%COMPUTERNAME%]. The error was: Unspecified error.

    How to resolve it? I am sure that "activeds.dll" and "activeds.tlb" are registered successfully.

    1. Click Start:Run
    2. Type "MMC" and hit enter
    3. Click File:Add/Remove Snap-in...
    4. Locate "Local users and groups" and double click it
    5. Click "OK."
