现在的情况是机器无法正常关机,一直显示'正在关机',大约几分钟后键盘灯没反应,显示器黑屏,cpu风扇狂转。

WinDbg分析后造成系统崩溃的原因是ntkrnlmp.exe
这个一般是由于杀毒软件和驱动问题所致。
建议从设备管理器更新驱动,卸载三方杀毒软件。使用Driver Verifier测试驱动

0x0000009F 一般与电源选项有关。这个蓝屏是不是只在执行关机、重启、待机、睡眠、休眠等电源选项操作时出现?
如果是的话,一可以尝试重新安装主板芯片组驱动以重新配置 ACPI 高级电源选项设置;二可以排查一下后台程序,是否有可能干扰这些电源操作的后台程序存在。
