  你好，

  根据我的测试，并没有遇到你所描述的这种情况，我用之前在iphone 5s上配置过exchange的帐户，在iphone 6上同样可以正常配置并使用。

  另外，需要你确认下面几个问题，有助于排除问题：

  1. 当在iphone 6上无法使用时，使用android手机是否可以正常配置并使用exchange模式？

  2. 使用其他苹果设备是否可以正常配置并使用？例如 iPad 和 iPod Touch ？

  1：考虑删除，重新加入一次无线设置

  2：重置一下iphone 中的网络设置

  3：重新添加邮件账号

  Settings -> Mail, contacts, calendars-> Add new account-> Exchange

  enter your network info (username, password, etc then domain, server, etc.). Save your settings then shut down and restart your iPhone 6.

  Try this, worked for me:

  1) Delete email account

  2) Delete wifi settings

  3) switch on mobile data, if not already on

  4) reboot your device

  5) configure your email account

  6) check that you email is loading

  7) configure local wifi again

  the key issue here is that you reconfigure with mobile data.

  This solved my issue. I went to the "Mobile Phones" settings in OWA and I had a bunch of old devices.  I deleted all of the old iPhones in the Outlook settings, re-added the Exchange account to my new iPhone

  非常感谢，经过测试，我在域控ADSI中删除手机配置的exchangeActiveSyneDevices记录后，重新使用iphone 6 配置后就可以正常同步了。
