windows10升级失败 错误代码0x8007042B

我是用微软的windows10微软 Windows 10 易升软件升级的,
升级很多次都失败了,大神看看是哪里出了问题。
我从C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther中查看日志文件,在setuperr.log文件中发现错误信息如下

你好,
通过您提供的日志信息,0x8007042b代表进程意外终止。我看到您日志中有几个程序报错。请把这些app卸载掉再尝试下更新。有可能是这些process导致的。360的安全软件也可能会阻止升级,请先卸载掉。同时进行一下干净启动。然后重启再更新一下。
