为什么多人同时通过远程桌面登录Windows Server 2016 Standard 使用excel会不断自动闪退？ RRS feed

    您好，请问为什么多人同时通过远程桌面登录Windows Server 2016 Standard 使用excel会不断自动闪退（就象点击excel表左上角×退出一样，但不会提出退出是否保存，而且自动退出所做的资料不会保存）？只有一个人远程桌面登录使用就无此现象，是Windows Server 2016 Standard 这个系统不允许多人同时远程桌面登录Windows Server 2016 Standard 使用excel还是什么原因？有什么处理方法？

    尝试打开excel找到选项--高级- 勾选Disable hardware graphics acceleration

     您为所有人使用office 的用户都购买office license了么，还是只买了1个 office license .如果可以请请检查下购买协议和提供具体office版本信息。

    用的是office专业增强版 2016，版本：16.0.4266.1003。不是office license

    1 您是怎么安装office pro plus 2016 到server 2016 standard上的？直接安装么，有没进行其他设置呢？
    2 您的这台安装office pro plus 2016 的会话主机上，您安装了远程桌面会话主机的角色吗？
    （您可以在powershell中输入 Get-windowsfeature ）查看是否安装了


    3 多个用户同时登陆使用EXCEL时有没报license错误呢？是否有条件测试下多人使用word也会有同样的问题吗？
    4 下面链接说明 当三个用户远程连接到会话主机使用会话主机安装的office时，3个终端设备都需要office license 。所以会问您购买了多少office pro plus 2016 license？它们是retail 版还是volume license 版本？
