outlook2016有未读邮件时，不能在任务栏的图标上显示黄色小信封了怎么找回显示？

在这台有问题的电脑上，请检查在子文件夹创建规则的时候，是否勾选了“显示桌面通知” (display a desktop alert).

请问你是用的是什么操作系统？Win10还是Win7?新邮件是存在您Outlook 2016的收件箱里面的还是子文件夹？
在Outlook 2016中，请检查以下设置：
点击 文件 》 选项 》 邮件， 在邮件到达(message arrival)下面, 选中“在任务栏显示信封图标”复选框。点击确定，保存设置。
另外，请在屏幕底部的任务栏上右键，选择“属性”。在任务栏选项卡下，"通知区域"，单击"自定义"按钮。在 Microsoft Outlook 图标旁边，在"行为"栏中打开下拉菜单中的，选择"显示图标和通知"，单击"确定"。以下图片是Windows10的相关设置：

您好！
通常，这个黄色小信封只会在邮件到达默认的收件箱时才会显示。如果新邮件到达的是您用收件箱规则移动到的子文件夹，默认是不会在状态栏显示小信封的。
请在您的Windows 7上，确保上面所提到的Outlook 2016邮件选项中的设置都已正确配置。点击控制面板-> 外观和个性化网站-> 任务栏和开始菜单-自定义按钮 >...... 找到信封并点击下拉列表中，进行"显示图标和通知"配置。保存设置，重启Windows，重启Outlook。查看小信封图标：
