我在使用outllook2007或windows live mail，收发QQ邮件的时候，不论是POP服务还是IMAP服务，都会时不时的收到一个提示，本人英语不太好，只看的懂大概意思，说什么安全证书有问题
但是同样的POP或IMAP服务，一样的客户端程序，我在收发gmail或live mail的时候从来没有遇到过此类问题，我知道这个问题大概是腾讯的邮件服务造成的，但询问过很多次，腾讯的客服人员都是机械式的回答，千篇一律，让人心寒，不知道在这里提问，能不能得到一个大概的解决的方案，提示内容大致如下：

The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that connot be verified.
A required cerificate it not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestarmp in the signed file.
