    请问是哪个位置的共享编辑键？

    是所有问题都有这个问题？还是个别文件？

    文件保存在哪里的？

    首先建议你提供下文件共享编辑键变灰色的截图。

    然后建议你检查下新建的文件下是否也有这个问题。

    如果这个问题在所有文件中都出现，请尝试修复下Office并且检查下问题是否解决。

    如果只有个别文件中出现这个问题，请检查下是否这个文件是受保护的或者有没有什么特殊性。

    保存在服务器上，所有文件都出现类似的情况。

    office 也已经更新了，还是出现。新建的文件也是如此，以下是新建的文件截图。谢谢帮忙。

    你好，

    你发来的图片，看到的只有一个取消共享编辑的选项是灰色的。这个选项是因为你没有设置共享编辑所以这个选项是灰色的。

    如果你是相要通过共享工作簿这个选项，你需要先添加这个选项。

    请到文件-选项-自定义菜单栏（不好意思，我这里是英文版的Office，请对应到中文版本中选择，其他All Commands你需要选择下拉菜单中的所有命令）：

    然后你就可以正常使用共享工作簿功能了：
