你具体是在哪儿下载的日语语言包？请从下面得链接中，选择日语语言包进行下载安装：
https://support.office.com/zh-cn/article/office-语言配件包-82ee1236-0f9a-45ee-9c72-05b026ee809f安装之前，请将你的Office 365升级到最新： 打开Word, 点击 文件 》 账户, 升级选项 》 立即升级。 然后关闭所有Office相关的产品。在升级完成后，安装日语语言包。
