  尝试用robocopy： https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc733145(v=ws.11).aspx

  另外这个也跟你的磁盘读写速度或者网络速度有关系的，在复制大文件时候最好暂停其他读写磁盘操作和占用带宽的流量。
