  通过微软客服咨询，让在这留言，将链接发给客服，工程师会及时回复，结果过去了两个小时，没有任何答复，17点40再次拨打客服电话，响铃7分钟始终无人接听，试问微软的服务何在？

  通过你的表述，Excel app自身没有打开使用问题，问题只发生在Windows 10上使用任务计划启动Excel。
