    1. 问题发生之前,是否对系统做过什么修改?

    2. 检查一下event viewer里面有没有相关的错误。

    3. 麻烦将dump文件上传至OneDrive并贴在这里。

    4. 执行干净启动,禁用三方软件,观察问题是否消失:

    5. 尝试以管理员身份运行command,运行以下命令修复受损系统文件和组件:

    sfc /scannow

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /restoreHealth
