The logs are not in sequence can cause this issue. Do as below can resolve this:
1. dismount the DB
2. Move the logs which are not in sequence
3. mount the DB
4. re-run the backup Be careful, eseutil /p can lead to the data lose, so this is not a recommend method unless the other ways failed.

建建议你可以尝试下dpm2010备份，如果还不能备份，尝试修复数据库
使用ESEUTIL和Isinteg工具，对数据库进行检查eseutil /g ，如果有问题，可以使用eseutil /p进行修复。
