Why I bought the windows8.1, after reinstalling the system key useless

  Hi,

  How much did you buy the Windows 8.1?

  I considered that if you just bought a upgrade package for pro, but not the clean installation key.

  Please let me know how you install Windows 8.1 before.

  Also, if you make sure the key is correct, please try to activate Windows via Phone:

  Type slui 4 in search box to open the phone activation wizard.

  The keys for Windows 8 and 8.1 are not the same.

  If you have Windows 8 pre-installed on your computer, the key for it cannot be used for activating Windows 8.1.
