    您好wang_st，

    请问您是否添加过智能卡设备，我们可以打开设备管理器，然后关闭智能卡. 在搜索框中输入services.msc， 找到有关智能卡的服务，选择关闭. 然后您可以重启电脑查看. 如果还是有问题，您可以在搜索框中输入打开注册表，找到对应的注册表键值，并且移除.

    HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system\SCForceOption
