据我所知，PushPrinterConnections.exe 仅用于向Windows Vista之前发布的操作系统上部署打印机。在Windows Server 2012服务器上向域环境部署打印机，我们可以直接通过组策略来完成（当前我使用的是英文操作系统，您可以对照找到对应的中文选项）：
1. 在组策略管理控制台，创建一个新的GPO
2. 右击编辑此GPO，在Computer Configureation 或者 User Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings下右击Deployed Printers, 选择Deploy New Printer
3. 将此GPO链接到相应的组织单元
